"I designed the ENELL Sports Bra
several years ago when I couldn't find a sports bra on the market that gave me the support I needed and wanted. As an avid volleyball player for more than 20 years, I was desperate to find a sports bra that would give me the support and comfort I needed.
Tired of using two bras, bouncing out of control
and having sore shoulders; I went to the one person
who always knew how to answer my questions, my mother. Luckily for me Mom was a skilled seamstress. Together we designed, created and patented the ENELL Sports Bra."

So ... pull out a tape measure and take two quick measurements for us
(with your regular bra on) :

Measure around the fullest part of your bust (Bust Measurement)
Measure around your rib cage, directly under the breasts (Rib Measurement)

For use with high impact activities; running, tennis, volleyball, etc.., order the size indicated by the ENELL Size Chart

For low impact activities or all day use at the workplace,
many women order one size larger than suggested by the Size Chart. We call this your "comfort size".

"I need maximum support after my breast surgery..."

Many plastic surgeons who do breast reconstruction surgeries recommend the ENELL after surgery.

The ENELL is the ideal bra for postoperative breast reconstruction patients.
Similar to an ace bandage, the ENELL compresses the breasts to the body and helps to eliminate movement,
which helps aid in the healing process of the breast area.
The longer line cut of the bra won't irritate the incisions.
The front hook and eye closure makes it more convenient for the wearer to put on or to apply dressings after surgery.

"I prefer the ENELL to the medical compression garments that I have previously used.
Compression garments are neither stylish nor comfortable.
After breast reduction we like to use a compressive garment to aid in healing of the breast area.
Your product not only supplies that need but does it in a very elegant fashion.
Patients generally discard medical compression garments as soon as the doctor tells them they can.

Putting on your first ENELL

The ENELL feel:
Your ENELL is going to feel completely
different from any sports bra you have ever used.
You've never had support like this before.
Your first reaction may be that your ENELL is too small.
It's probably not! Your ENELL should feel snug and still be comfortable.

Putting the ENELL on:
Put your ENELL on like a vest.
Then start to "hook up" your ENELL from the BOTTOM and go up!
"Tuck and hook" until you get to the top. Once you get your ENELL fastened,
reach in and adjust your breasts in the bra by pulling them up and out
toward the underarm so the bra lays flat under your breasts.
The breasts should then be held firmly in the upper/fuller portion of the bra.
Your nipples should rest just below the arch seam.
Your ENELL should be snug but comfortable, you can feel the support.

To check the fit:
Twist your body as in doing waist exercises.
If the bra moves more than slightly and does not stay in place, it may be too big for you.
For a low impact/comfort fit the bra will feel looser and may move a little more.

Hi there,

I just wanted to thank you guys for recommending and selling me an Enell Sports bra
a couple of months ago - it has honestly absolutely changed my life!
I used to love running regularly when I was younger, but having such a hefty cleavage
it finally took it's toll on my back and neck (and breasts!) and I threw in the
towell about 6 years ago. And after giving that up, the weight slowly crept on
until I was no longer happy with my body, and felt really unfit.
But a few months ago I bought an Enell sports bra. It took me a while to get used
to the feeling of wearing it (as it is quite a different experience to say the least!) but
once I did I suddenly realised that it was possible for me to run again!!!
There was hardly any bounce, and all the strain on my back and neck was gone!
I started running a couple of times a week, and felt better and better (physically and emotionally).
And on the weekend just gone, I went in a 10 km! adventure race in the hills and actually had fun!
